This monthly membership is designed to enhance your breathing for improved endurance, whether you're training, running for leisure, or preparing for race day. Each month, you'll receive a one-on-one breathwork session focused on increasing lung capacity, endurance, and recovery. In addition, you'll have access to one mobility class and one yoga class each month. This combination of breathwork, mobility, and yoga is intended to synchronize your breath with movement. Together, these sessions improve efficiency, prevent injuries, and help you achieve your best stride.

What’s included each month:
2 One-on-One 30-minute Breathwork Session: private guidance to sharpen focus, stillness, and strengthen breathing.
1 One-on-One 30-minute Guided Meditation Session: enhance mental clarity, reduces stress, and build resilience through shared energy and guided mindfulness.
Unlimited Class Pass: enjoy complete access to meditation, breathwork, mobility, and yoga classes. This flexibility helps you build consistency, enhance recovery, and improve both physical and mental performance.
All memberships renew automatically each month. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date without fees. Credits must be used within the current month and are not redeemable for cash.
