We offer a variety of classes that range from breathing techniques, meditation, to yoga. You can schedule them virtually and enjoy them from the comfort of your own home. Once you’ve booked a session, a Zoom link will be sent to your email directly. There’s also the option to schedule an in-person session. We have group classes scheduled for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evenings.
